WinR - Women in Rising Green Careers is the only organisation dedicated to tackling the green skills gap by attracting more women into the industry.
We are building the first-ever dataset on women in green careers through our research, capturing how women feel about entering the sector, the obstacles they face, and the solutions that can open doors.
Alongside this, we are creating the largest library of women’s career stories - bringing to life the full range of opportunities available and showing the real impact women are making across the green economy.
Together with our partners, we will bring our research to life – presenting findings, highlighting stories, and driving the conversations that dismantle barriers and open doors.
Why it matters.
The green transition is the biggest economic shift of our time, and women must be part of it. By amplifying women’s stories, building the data that doesn’t yet exist, and making opportunities visible, we’re ensuring the green economy is not only sustainable, but inclusive.
